02/07/2025 Workout of the Day: Quick Active Rest Session

Daily dose of 50(+) pushups completed.

I'm traveling this week. My first flight this morning took off an hour late so I missed my connecting flight. The next flight goes out tomorrow morning so I'm stuck in LA for the day. Not a fan. Oh well. This happens with travel and weather.

Today's workout of the day was a sleep deprived hotel room workout.

50 pushups (split up into however many sets you need to while keeping form exquisite).

50 bicycle crunches (split up into as many or as few sets as you'd like).

It was my first time doing bicycle crunches in probably a decade. The exercise actually felt pretty good. I'm not gonna say it's ideal for strengthening and hypertrophy-ing the abs. But it was a nice little burn. I'll add it into the rotation of ab exercises I use in future warm up and active rest day sets.
