Do Your Pushups, Bro!

Don't be one of these people that thinks they're too good for the mighty, versatile pushup.

Pushups can be incorporated in so many different ways into your program with nearly endless variations.

Get better at pushups.

Practice different pushup variations.

Embrace the high reps that you don't typically use in other exercises.

Embrace the body control that pushups require.

Slow down the eccentric portion – focusing on maximum tension in the chest, shoulders, and triceps – then explode up during the concentric portion of the exercise.

Play around with isometric holds in different positions throughout your reps.

Focus on the mind-muscle connection.

Develop the discipline to include this great exercise into your training program.
