Ex 1: Reverse lunges-2x6-8

Ex 2: Single arm dumbbell military press-2x6-8

Ex 3: Single arm dumbbell row-2x15-20 (lack of heavy dumbbell options)

Ex 4: Incline dumbbell curls-2x8-10

Ex 5: Dumbbell split squats-2x10-12

Ex 6: Cable pushdowns-2x20-30


35 minutes 


Vacation session so I just did my daily pushups, squats, abs, and a full body session.
