3 Tips for Bigger Muscles

Simple method to build more muscle:



1. Sleep more


2. Eat more


3. Use weights you can lift for 5-6 reps. Progress on those lifts until you're lifting those same weights for 12 reps. Then, increase the weight for the given exercises.
