A simple gym bro's guide to maintaining good mental health (in no particular order)

1. Sleep 7+ hours per night

2. Strenuous Physical activity

3. Walk (not strenuous)

4. Socialize

5. Have a set routine

6. Focus on being grateful for what you DO have, rather than spending excess time yearning for what you DON'T have (focus on the positive)

7. Become incredibly good looking (okay, that's Derek Zoolander's advice)

I'm sure there's plenty more we could add to this list, but focus on checking these 7 boxes each week.
