Garage Gym Chronicles: 04/02/2025 Training Log. Arms

Ex 1: incline dumbbell curls-3x6-12

Ex 2: single arm cable overhead extension-3x10-20

Ex 3: concentration curls-2x8-15

Ex 4: single arm cable pushdown-2x10-20

Total time = 25 minutes

The best thing about these brief, time efficient workouts is that I can make them fit into any schedule. All I need is 20-30 minutes of "free time" somewhere in my day and I'm set.

I'm going to enjoy having 1 session per week solely dedicated to arm training.

I'm already getting 2-3 sets of biceps and triceps in my other sessions (at least once per week for each), but this extra day allows me to prioritize them and flush some extra love (volume and intensity) into the pipes. This contrasts their usual role of being trained at the end of sessions.
