Ex 1: Bulgarian split squats-2x8/8
Ex 2: single leg RDL-2x12/12
Ex 3: hamstring curls-15,12
Ex 4: 1 hand kettlebell swings-2x10/10
Ex 5: offset kettlebell calf raise-15/15, 12/12
Total time = 35 minutes
Later than usual workout.
Got it done and am better for it.
Funny how it always seems to work out that way. That is – I train and I'm better because of it.
