"How Does Anyone have TIME for 10,000 Steps per Day?!"

I'll ignore the fact that I don't like whiney, snarky, engagement bait-y questions on social media like this one, but here's my quick answer to these sort of questions.

It's easier if you split up your 10,000 steps throughout the day. Little things like parking further away in parking lots, standing up and walking every hour for a couple minutes, walking 15 minutes or so during lunch time, walking 45-60 minutes after work (or wake up early and do it in the morning).

I get around 12,000-15,000 – or more – steps per day. But, I'm a bit spoiled because I work on my feet training clients all day AND I go for a walk every night after work with my wife.

It's not easy, but getting 10,000 steps per day can easily be done if you prioritize getting steps.
