This Week's Lightning WOD Squad Workouts

We've come to the 2 month mark of the Lightning WOD Squad!


For those unfamiliar, this is a squad of lifters who train just 15 minutes per day, but make up for that lack of training time with high training frequency.


These are quick, time efficient workouts that I send out every single week to Lightening WOD Squad subscribers and Lifting Club subscribers.


Below is this week's workouts.


WOD 1

A1: Bulgarian split squat-3x6-12

A2: pullups-3x5-10


WOD 2

A1: hand to hand swings-3x10-15

A2: clean & press-3x5-10


WOD 3

A1: bicep curls (DB, KB, band, or cables)-3x10-20

A2: tricep overhead extensions (DB, KB, band, or cables)-3x10-20


WOD 4

A1: goblet squat-3x15-20

A2: single arm rows-3x6-12


WOD 5

A1: single leg RDL-3x10-15

A2: pushups-3x10-30


WOD 6

A1: bicep curls (DB, KB, band, or cables)-3x10-20

A2: tricep overhead extensions (DB, KB, band, or cables)-3x10-20


WOD 7

Indian club swings for 15 minutes

To be clear, the WOD Squad workouts are included as a bonus for Lifting Club subscribers. The Lifting Club receives a separate lifting program every single month. The main monthly Lifting Club program is 3-4 days per week and takes 30-45 minutes per session. These WOD Squad workouts can supplement those workouts or be used as backup plans when life happens.
