20 Minute Upper Body Workout


Garage Gym Chronicles: 05/13/2025 Training Log. Upper Body


Warm up: ab wheel rollouts x 10


Ex 1: incline dumbbell bench press-2x10

Ex 2: pullups-2x8

Ex 3:  lateral raise-15,10

Ex 4: single arm cable pushdowns-17/17, 10/10

Ex 5: incline dumbbell curls-10,7


Total Time = 20 minutes, 30 seconds


I supersetted incline dumbbell bench press and pullups. I also supersetted single arm cable pushdowns and incline dumbbell curls.


Training can be simple, time efficient, and productive if you understand how to program and work hard (focus and train close to failure) with 2-3 sets per exercise.
