Better is Best

There comes a point in your fitness journey where you [should] realize more is not the answer. Better is the answer.

People who get stuck and never progress after newbie gains spin their wheels for decades because they think the perfect split, the perfect exercise, or that continuously adding volume is what they need for gains.

The ones that continue to progress realize it's about doing things better. Sometimes that involves doing less, but doing it better. Either way, focus on better – always – before considering more.

Quality first.
