Breakfast Made Easy

2 weeks ago I wrote a little (very petite) article called "Dinner Made Easy." You can check that 1 minute read out here: https://www.30minutephysique.com/post/dinner-made-easy

Today, I'm sharing the breakfast made easy edition.

There are countless high quality breakfasts you can make that take less than 5 minutes to prepare.

You could also skip breakfast altogether and make up the calories later in the day.

But, today, I wanted to share my quick, simple, nutritious breakfast that I had before trotting off to train clients all day.

I had 2 eggs (usually I'll make anywhere from 2-4 eggs)

Drizzled the eggs in honey

1 cup of Greek yogurt

1 mug of orange juice

1 banana

Again, this simple meal took less than 5 minutes to prepare and only about another 5-10 minutes to devour.

Here's the nutritional breakdown:

Calories: 520

Protein: 29 grams

Fat: 11 grams

Carbohydrates: 81 grams

This meal could be eaten any time of day, by the way. Eggs, honey, yogurt, fruit, and orange juice are NOT limited to the mornings. If this meal and macro breakdown sounds good and enjoyable to you, eat it for lunch, dinner, or even dessert. You could eat this multiple times a day for all I care.

Quit complicating nutrition. This stuff is easy.

Snack less.

Don't be afraid to go long periods without food. I'll often intentionally go 16-24 hours without food.

When you eat, pick simple, mostly single ingredient whole food sources.

Eat your fruits and veggies.

Prioritize protein.

Allow yourself a cheat meal/dessert once per week.
