Half Pot of Coffee Sundays

It's a half pot of coffee kind of day today. Not because I didn't sleep well. I actually slept great and slept plenty. But just because I have the freedom and the desire to do so.


Today's schedule includes lots of reading, some studying, some writing, working on my CEUs (continuing education units), lifting (upper body), walking, some cleaning around the house, maybe a sauna, and plenty of relaxing and hanging out with my wife and my dogs during my 1 day off of the week before going back to training clients all day for the next 6 days.
