Reading Books and Lifting Weights Improved my Will Power

Reading and finishing books is a habit I've developed to train my will power. The more I've practiced it, the stronger my will power has become.

Improving will power has increased my ability to make good decisions and to do – and complete – hard things on a consistent basis.

This has given me a huge leg up on the person I was previously, before committing to a reading habit.

Before I adopted a habit of reading, lifting was the original habit that proved to have a major impact on my power to will.

What's the point of all this?

1. To encourage you to read books (preferably, mostly fiction) and lift weights regularly

2. To get your gears grinding about ways you can train your own ability to do things that will positively impact your life, even when you don't want to do them.

Strive to become strong mentally and physically.

Since 2020 I've been sending out emails and writing articles almost daily. I do this on my own dime, during my own time, and – as I always say – it's a labor of love. But, if you find yourself loving my emails, articles, or products, and you want to leave me a couple bucks, this is the place where you can do that. Thank you so much!
