Single Arm Alternating Dead Stop Rows (Kettlebell or Dumbbell Exercise)

These single arm dead stop alternating rows were actually quite a fun way to spice up my pull day a few sessions ago. I'm usually just a traditional, single arm row type of guy, but these were pleasantly pleasing.

Give them a try with a weight that's a bit heavier than your typical single arm rowing weight. Occasional variety can keep things interesting while also offering your body a new stimulus to adapt to.

I won't use these super regularly, but they officially earned my stamp of approval as an occasional row variation to help break through monotonous single arm row plateaus.
