Warm up: 2x10-15 hanging leg raises
Ex 1: half kneeling kettlebell military press-8/8, 7/7
Ex 2: weighted pullups-9.5,4,4
Ex 3: incline dumbbell bench press-10,6
Ex 4: incline dumbbell curls-8,5,5
Ex 5: single arm cable pushdown-18/18, 11/11, 7/7
Total Time = 37 minutes
I'm really loving these 3-4 day per week upper/lower programs. They're just so stinkin' productive, efficient, and...sensible.
There's a foreign word in the modern era of fitness culture.
Sensible.
Train in a way that is sensible and will produce results.
