Double Kettlebell Cleans


Double Kettlebell Cleans are a Great way to explosively load the posterior chain with heavy weights.


This exercise is essential for getting into the starting position for many other exercises (squats, presses, rack carries), but also makes for a great exercise in its own right.


This movement will teach you to move explosively while also training the skill of redirection — that is, the ability to safely change the direction of a ballistic object.


Practicing double cleans will make you stronger, more durable, more explosive, and improve your coordination.


Give it a shot and progressively overload by doing more reps, more sets, and more weight as you get stronger and more skilled.
