Weekly Wednesday Wisdom 5

"Missing a habit 1 day is a mistake. Missing a habit 2 days in a row is the start of a new habit."

-James Clear, "Atomic Habits"

Give yourself grace if you fall off the habit and goal wagon once in awhile. But never miss 2 days in a row. Good habits are difficult to begin, tough to maintain, but easy to quit.

Don't become a statistic.
