An 18 Second Explanation of Why You Should do 1 Hand Kettlebell Swings

You should be doing 1 hand kettlebell swings.

It's a great hinge.

It's a ballistic exercise that trains power and explosiveness.

It can be an effective way to train for strength and muscular endurance.

It trains many muscles very effectively in 1 swift exercise. Some of these muscles that 1 hand swings train include the hamstrings, the glutes, the quads, the abs, the lats, forearms, lower back, and shoulders.

It's fun and it's very effective.

All you need is 1 kettlebell, some patience, the desire to move (or learn to move) athletically, and a willingness to practice.
