Garage Gym Chronicles: 04/29/2025 Training Log. Upper 


Warm up: lying leg raises-1x20


A1: single arm kettlebell clean & press-2x7/7

A2: pullups-9,9

B1: concentration curls-7/7, 10/10

B2: single arm overhead cable extensions-14/14, 10/10


Total Time = 21 minutes 



I forgot to post Sunday's training (probably because I was exhausted on Sunday). So here it is, below:


04/27/2025 Training Log. Full Body


Warm up: offset calf raise-1x17/17; clam shells-1x15/15


A1: single arm kettlebell rows-11/11, 10/10

A2: pushups (perfect pushup handles)-20,16

B1: lateral squats-2x8/8

B2: 2 hand kettlebell swings-20,20


Total Time = 25 minutes 


I was very tired when I did this full body session, Sunday night. I had quite the productive weekend, so I called it quits after the leg superset. Skipped the arms – which is criminal, I know!
