Did You Know I Youtube? Now You Do

In case you didn't know, I do have a YouTube channel.

It's pretty much video essays (this is a new long form project for me on the channel where I use voiceover to read my articles while playing workout videos in the background), some quick workout of the day summaries, exercise tutorials, and general fitness topics like I talk about on here – lots of advice regarding time efficient programming, routine design, and focusing on the important aspects of training, recovery, and nutrition that provide the biggest returns on your investment.

Its not flashy.

My titles are apparently not very good and my thumbnails make the YouTube algorithm vomit.

I'm figuring it out. Slowly.

I don't have the time or capacity at the moment to glam things up, nor does it gel with my personality – or even my training philosophy. So while I'm working to improve the content, the style will always be kind of raw and blue collar-like.

But, if you like video format you can check it out and subscribe. It's an area of business i’m looking to finally truly commit to and put forth more time and effort. I hope to improve the delivery of my videos over time.

It's a fun challenge, and, let me tell you – to do it right – it's a lot more work than you'd think! Especially for a tech-challenged personal trainer like myself. (I'm a terrible millennial).

Anyway, I figured I'd let people know my very small YouTube channel exists. Here is my most recent YouTube Short: https://youtube.com/shorts/O3owReimg-0?is=4I0H1NvuHzuj9YIC

And here's a recent long form video (7 and a half minutes long): https://youtu.be/X2ceSKdiZSA?is=61FsZGfTWGMxC33d

If this kind of content appeals to you, I'd very much appreciate your subscription.

Again, I've gone about YouTube very half-heartedly and inconsistently for the past couple years. I'm focusing on improving the way I YouTube (yes, I'm verbing it) so the information and delivery will get much better.

You gotta miss some shots before you start scoring.
