1. Being outside (doing literally anything outside. Even just sitting in the sun. Moving and being outside is even better)

2. Exercise (could be a hike, a bike ride, lifting weights, doing some pushups...you get it)

3. Have a great conversation with a friend or friends

4. Read a great book
