Suck it Up, Buttercup

Rain or shine?

Hot or cold?

Happy or sad?

Tired or bold?

Train!

Do some sort of exercise every single day, no matter how you feel or what the conditions are. It doesn't have to be much, but be sure to get you're daily movement done.

Especially important:

Don't skip planned training days, like lifting sessions. Ever. Dig down, find a bit of grit, and get it done.

If you're supposed to lift weights Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, lift the weights Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday are not days off. Don't make excuses to be inactive on these days. Get out and do some cardio, play a sport, hit another lifting session, swing some clubs or maces, jump rope, do some ab exercises while watching TV, or carry some weights for 15 minutes or so. Do something.

Modern society is far too inactive to justify skipping daily exercise. Just get it done. It's non-negotiable. Like basic hygiene practices.

Our bodies are far more resilient than we can imagine. Don't baby or coddle yours.

"It is a shame for a man [or woman] to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his [or her] body is capable." - Socrates
