Pull & Squat



A1: pullups-2x5-10

A2: lateral squat-2x10-15

B1: single arm row-2x6-12

B2: single leg box squat-2x10-15

C1: incline dumbbell curls-2x6-12


Total time = 25 minutes


Another time efficient workout in the garage today.


I supersetted my squat/quad exercises with my back/compound pull exercises and then finished off with the ever-important bicep pump.
