Garage Gym Chronicles: 04/14/2025 Training Log. Push, Hinge, Triceps

Warm up: offset kettlebell calf raise-18/18; ab rollouts x 10

Ex 1: single arm kettlebell military press-2x8/8

Ex 2: B Stance RDL-2x10/10

Ex 3: single arm cable pushdowns-15/15, 11/11

Total Time = 21 minutes

Another busy, exhausting day where training was pushed off until later at night. But, these sessions make it easy to ensure my training gets done and it always feels good.

I did just 2 working sets for each exercise today (1 set of the warm ups). Usually, when I have a little more energy, I would do 3 sets per exercise. But, as I've said before, 2 sets is enough and works quite well for me, even with these minimalist 3 exercise per session workouts.
