Garage Gym Chronicles: 04/15/2025 Training Log. Pull, Squats, biceps


Warm up: clam shells x 10/10; single leg calf raise x 12/12; hanging leg raises x 15


Ex 1: single arm row-12/12, 10/10, 10/10

Ex 2: standard split squats-10/10, 10/10, 8/8

Ex 3: concentration curls-11/11, 7/7, 5/5


Total Time = 27 minutes


Simple, quick, challenging, stimulating, flexible.


Training like this is so simple and time efficient, yet promotes gains so efficiently, it's mind-boggling that almost nobody uses this sort of split and approach to training.
