Just Move

As I'm sitting in the airport this morning, I can't help but be grateful for how much I enjoy exercising and how this habit of exercise benefits me in day to day life.

I hate sitting around for long periods of time. And I'm about to be stuck on a plane for 6 hours. So, while I'm waiting for my plane, I move. I walk, I find a quiet corner to do some pushups, and I double check the hours for the fitness center at the places I'll be staying so I can prepare myself to get some exercise before everyone else wakes up and my day becomes flooded with other activities.

As a personal trainer and fitness blogger, my main goal is to get people moving and strength training in a way that is fun and enjoyable. This way, they crave that resistance exercising day in and day out.

Find the activity that makes exercise enjoyable. Do that repeatedly. Stack multiple activities that encourage movement over a lifetime.
