Happy national donut day.


I did NOT eat any donuts (though I did have a couple plain bagels pre and post workout).

Garage Gym Chronicles: 06/06/2025 Leg Session


Warm up: Copenhagen planks x 20/20 seconds; side plank lateral leg lifts x 5/5; adduction glute bridges x 5


Ex 1: Bulgarian split squats-3×6/6

Ex 2: single leg RDL-3×10/10

Ex 3: offset calf raise-15/15, 12/12

Ex 4: hand to hand kettlebell swings-2×8/8


Total Time = 33 minutes
