A Simple Home Gym Can Provide HYUUUGE ROI

It's amazing how much muscle you can build with:

1. A pullup bar

2. Adjustable dumbbells

3. An adjustable bench (preferably with leg curl/extension attachments)

4. Some resistance bands or a cable station

Optional: a couple pairs of kettlebells.

Double optional, but also double bonus: barbell set.

This, of course, all assumes you have the space, the funds, and the support of those that live with you to invest in a home gym in the first place.

Check out my ebooks on my products page if you haven't already! There are plenty of options and programs for you to choose from, and more are coming down the chute soon! https://app.gumroad.com/products

If you simply want to be told what to do each month, or just want to support my livelihood, check out "The Lifting Club." https://garagegymbro.gumroad.com/l/kvswtp

Finally, if you're looking for more specific 1-on-1 help, and you have $150 to spare on your goals, reach out to me and see if online coaching is a good option for you. I've got 2 online coaching slots available. I don't take many online clients at a time because I'm quite busy training and programming for my in-person clients 40+ hours per week, along with coaching a few long term online clients for a bit now, and I want the experience to be a worthwhile one for everyone I work with.

Ta-ta-for-now!
