Being Busy is NOT an Excuse to Get Sloppy

Updated: Jul 24

After a day of swapping out new smoke detectors, carbon monoxide alarms, new interior doors, hanging new light fixtures, prepping to paint some rooms, demolishing the better part of my laundry room, putting up new dry wall, beginning the tape and mudding process after getting said dry wall up, it was time for dinner….at 10:45 pm.

A nice fried rice turkey bowl:

-Jasmine rice

-Scrambled eggs

-Turkey burger

-A random sauce mixture of honey mustard and buffalo sauce (was meh…. Chick-fil-A sauce or teriyaki sauce are a better option).

Busy days don't mean good nutrition should be thrown out the window. Hold yourself accountable at all times.

I've got more projects (and continuing some that I started today) tomorrow at my house and my rental property, plus yard work, and, of course, it's gonna be leg day. I don't skip lifting days just because I'm busy or tired, and you shouldn't either!

Happy Saturday night, friends.
