Growing the Community of Home Gym Lifters

My best bro sent me a picture a couple weeks ago of a loaded barbell in his living room, saying: “The start of my little home gym.”
He then went on to share that he showed his wife some basic barbell exercises.
This is a super proud friend moment for me.
This is why I do what I do and why I write so passionately about lifting weights and fitting exercise into your daily routine.
Hint: a simple home gym is a GREAT way to eliminate a strong resistance that stands in the way of YOU and EXERCISE. Basic home gyms increase exercise adherence (especially if you live in rural areas). It rips away excuses and increases motivation by forcing you to look at the iron every day.
I'm in the midst of a stressful period of life, but this simple text exchange made my week.
