No Matter What, Fitness is YOUR Responsibility

I'm training clients 8+ hours per day.

I'm closing on a house on the other side of the country.

I just sold my investment property on the other side of town.

I'm getting my current house ready to go live on the market in 6 days.

I'm rebuilding a personal training business from ground up, transitioning to primarily online (a space that's pretty foreign to me. I'm the type that thrives with face-to-face coaching and interpersonal relations. Not technology, screens, and apps. But I'm adapting) while also preparing to accumulate some new in-person clients when I hit the ground and open up shop in my new house (again, in the opposite corner of the nation).

Why do I say all this?

Because you DO have time to work out.

You DO have energy in the tank to exercise.

My brand, 30 Minute Physique, is built for busy people by busy people (okay, it's just me).

It's also just an efficient, effective way to train for most people who realize if you cut the fluff, focus on the biggest bang for your buck exercises, sets and rep ranges, you can make maximum progress in way less time then the fitness industry leads you to believe. (Fitness industry makes fitness seem complicated and markets the gym as life. I challenge you to frame the question as, “how would this look if it were simple?”).

20-30 minute strength sessions.

3-6 days per week.

Take ownership for your own fitness.

Don't make excuses.

Make it happen.
