Nutrition: Quality and Quantity Matter

The quantity of food you eat affects how much you weigh.

But the quality of food you eat determines your body composition (how you look).

^this phrase is as old as time in the wellness industry, but it's an excellent reminder.

The message?

Yes, calories matter. But, make sure those calories come from mostly whole, nurtious food sources.

You can eat fast food every day and weigh the same as your twin that eats whole foods every day if the calories are equal.

But the twin that eats whole foods will look much leaner and more muscular at that same bodyweight than the fast food eating twin.

Quantity and quality matter.
