On the road again training log:
12/23/2024 workout of the day.
I had an efficient, minimalist workout in a spare room at my in-laws' house today.
The first 20 minutes was done EMOM (every minute on the minute) fashion.
10 reps of pushups on even minutes
10 reps of air squats on odd minutes.
That gave me about 40-45 seconds of rest each set.
100 total pushups
100 total squats
I followed this up with 3 sets of the following:
Resistance band hammer curls-3x20 reps
Floor leg raises-3x15 reps
Total workout time was 26 minutes.
It was a good way to begin the day. Then I hopped in the shower, ate eggs, drank milk, drank coffee, and went about the day visiting friends and family.
This is a reminder to make fitness fit your lifestyle, and use fitness to further improve your life, rather than allowing workouts to take over your life or take more away from your life than it gives you in return.Â
