Warm up: weighted frog crunches x 25; clam shells x 15/15


Ex 1: lateral (Cossack) squat-8/8, 10/10

Ex 2: single leg glute bridges (foot elevated)-12/12, 10/10

Ex 3: split squats-12/12, 12/12

Ex 4: 2 hand kettlebell swings-15,15

Ex 5: offset kettlebell calf raise-15/15, 12/12


Total Time = 40 minutes
