All the programs are designed to be completed in 20-40 minutes per session and allow flexibility to choose your own training frequency and exercises. But I do provide guidance with this, as well. (Hint: train 3-6 days per week and do the exercises I suggest or similar variations that target the same muscle group. Use whatever equipment you want).
