The Most Important Piece for Fitness Success

YouTube video about the topic here: https://youtu.be/jpooCD2L6bQ?si=G6nAwY_uxa4sQtZu

Consistency and intensity are both important pieces to the fitness puzzle.

But consistency is important, even when intensity is down.

Sometimes it makes sense to manage intensity and take it a little easy in training.

We cannot rely on being able to go balls to the wall in the gym 3+ days per week, every single week.

But we CAN show up, punch the clock, stimulate some muscle & strength gains, and consistently make little deposits into our gaining bank account.

Be consistent. Bring the intensity when you're able to, but understand intensity comes from consistency.
