Updated (Free) Ebook: "Garage Gym Bro Beach Body Protocol"

Check out the updated – and most popular – ebook, "Garage Gym Bro Beach Body Protocol."

Currently, I'm giving this away for FREE since I just updated it from the original 2022 version.

The Beach Body Protocol is a 64 page manual that thoroughly lays out a nutrition, strength, cardio, and supplementation protocol designed to torch body fat while leaving your soul in tact, build muscle, and get you in shape for your upcoming beach trip in just 12 weeks.

In this manual I cover the 3/1 cyclical nutrition plan that I recommend for maximizing body fat loss without sapping strength and performance in the gym - therefore maximizing muscle gain throughout the process.

I introduce you to a couple of my favorite characters, Bartholomew and Helga, to help demonstrate how the nutritional plan works and why.

I cover in detail how to track calories, find your maintenance, create a calorie deficit or surplus, and maintain this deficit or surplus as bodyweight changes over time to continually progress without the frustration of plateaus.

You will learn how much protein you actually need to achieve optimal gains, according to the most recent, up to date research.

You'll also receive a sample meal plan and food options/recommendations so that you can easily get started on the protocol without the hassle of figuring out when and what to eat.

I lay out a simple, yet progressive 3 day per week strength program with various exercise and schedule options.

Finally, I'll touch on a basic cardio routine and supplementation recommendations to help you achieve the best results without wasting time doing cardio that will leave you exhausted and weak or wasting money on unnecessary supplements.

It'll ask what you want to pay at checkout. Just put "0" if you want it for free. Or feel free to put whatever you want/think it's worth if you're feeling generous.

Thanks!
