Weekly Wednesday Wisdom 6

No matter how tired or stressed you might feel during the day, everything feels better after a good workout.


Make sure to be active every day. Lift weights or go for a walk or jump rope – just do something and be active for 20-60 minutes each day (and make sure at least 2-3 of those days involve lifting weights).
