"swing clean squat"
This is done with 1 or 2 bells. I like 1 bell at a time.
Here's how it looks with 1 kettlebell:
You do 1x1 hand swing + 1x1 hand clean + 1x1 hand front squat. That's 1 rep. Repeat for 6-12 reps on 1 side.
Then, rest 1-2 minutes and do the same on the other side.
That's 1 set.
I recommend doing 2-3 sets after your main squat and hinge patterns for the day.
This is an incredible all in 1 lower body exercise that also hits the core and back pretty hard.
It also is a great way to practice 3 of the basic, most productive kettlebell lifts.
