12/03/2025 Workout of the Day. Leg Session


Warm up: side planks, clam shells


Ex 1: 10 Minute EMOM Bulgarian Split Squats-10x3-5 reps per leg per set, every minute on the minute for 10 minutes

Ex 2: single leg RDL-2x10

Ex 3: lateral box step ups-2x10-12

Ex 4: offset calf raise-3x10-15


Total Time = 32 minutes. (Not including warm up)
