Friendly Reminder

Remember, pals:

People OVER ESTIMATE what they can achieve in 1-2 months, yet UNDER ESTIMATE what they can achieve in 1-2 years.

So, start today and be consistent for at least 2 years.

Embrace the journey.

Don't get frustrated when your dreams don't come true in a month.

If you stick with it – whatever 'it' may be (in my profession, it's usually health or body composition related) – you will succeed.

But, you must commit first. So commit. Now.

Reach out to me if you need help. I have plenty of free resources that I'm told are very helpful.
