Warm up: banded clam shells, dumbbell dead bugs, offset kettlebell calf raise x17/17


A1: single arm kettlebell military press-2x5-10

A2: single leg RDL-2x10-15

B1: incline dumbbell bench press-2x6-12

B2: 1 hand kettlebell swings-2x10-15

C1: single arm cable pushdowns-2x10-20


Total Time = 30 minutes 


Another great 30 minute session in the garage with simple equipment.
