Indian Club Swinging Tutorial for Shoulder and Back Health

Here's a quick 3 minute rundown on how I use Indian clubs to supplement my training.

I keep it pretty simple and focus on just 2 moves:

1. External rotation swings

2. Internal rotation throws

I'll do these movements for 2-5 minutes with 1 or 2 Indian clubs at a time, or 1 or 2 Persian Meel clubs. This can be done as a warm up, a cool down, or on rest days as part of an "active rest" routine.

These simple movements and simple tools helped heal my shoulder injury QUICKLY and they offer a really fun way to warm up the upper body and – yes – the back, too.

Practice these movements a couple times each week. I think you'll find they make your shoulders and back feel spectacular.

As an unexpected bonus:

I even notice a nice delt pump after just a few minutes of swinging light clubs.
