Quick Fit Tip from My Desk on a Rainy Sunday Evening

You don't know what to do if you don't remember what you've done.

Log your workouts.

In an app or in a notebook. Or better yet, both.

Track and push yourself to progress.

The logbook is a great way to hold yourself accountable.

It's one reason I recommend all my in-person clients keep their own training notebook (while I write all their workouts down in my own “master notebook”). And it's why my training app is so helpful for online clients (basically, a virtual training log book with video demonstrations of exercises plus the perk that I get to see their workout tracking as well, from my phone or laptop).

Better be tracking!
