Warm up: Roman chair leg raise, bent over rear delt fly


Ex 1: pullups-8,6,5

Ex 2: single arm dumbbell rows-12/12, 10/10, 8/8

Ex 3: spider curls-12/12, 12/12, 10/10

Ex 4: incline spider curls-12/12, 10/10


Total Time = 27 minutes 


The golfer's elbow is slowly but surely coming along. I'm sticking with exercises that feel mostly good, avoiding exercises that feel bad, and adjusting my pullup grip. I'm also doing a bunch of wrist curls and hammer rotations and tennis ball squeezes and gripper work. Anything I can do to get blood flow into the elbow.


Today I did 3 sets per exercise except the 4th and final exercise – hammer curls.
