The Power of the Humble Resistance Band

Resistance bands are a great option to incorporate into your strength training routine – whether as a main piece of training equipment or as an accessory tool.
I feel like bands have fallen out of favor by the glitz and glam Tik Tok "science-based" fitfluencers (who've never taken a science class since 6th grade).
However, if you take exercises close to failure (and accept the fact that it might require more reps) resistance bands can be a great compliment to free weights and bodyweight exercise and they're easy to buy, use, and travel with.
