8 Week Fitness Case Study

This is an all time low price for a limited time only since it's the first product for me on a new platform.


You get an 8 week program, a nutrition guide, access to message with me through the app, and access to a group forum of clients doing the same program for a 1 time payment of $29.


The program includes 3-4 sessions per week (alternating between 2 sessions). Each session should take around 30-40 minutes to complete. The program requires only kettlebells and/or dumbbells and a couple basic bodyweight exercises. Barbells also would work great. All exercises can be regressed or swapped with other options based on your current fitness level and equipment availability.


Again, this is ridiculously high value for a low price. It's only so inexpensive at the moment because I'm hosting the program on a platform that is new to me and I'm using this plan as a case study.
