Today's super simple, anabolic power bowl:
1-2 servings of white rice
4 fried eggs
1 salmon burger
Shredded carrots
Sauce of choice (I used a sweet & sour sauce)
Dessert is sourdough toast, milk, and mandarin oranges.
All of this takes just 15 minutes to prepare.
Give it a shot.
Eating healthy is simple. But, it's more simple if you cook.
Luckily, cooking healthy meals is also simple.
Again, I am NOT a talented chef by any means.
I just make very easy, time efficient foods that require minimal knowledge.
It's tough to go wrong with meat/fish/eggs + (optional) carb source.
