Cut Back on TV Time

Watch less TV. Seriously. It's destructive and wasteful. You could be doing something – nearly anything – instead of watching TV.

Get outside. Read books. Go for walks. Lift weights. Play sports, play some sort of board game, card game, or any game with friends. Do a puzzle or some brain game. Socialize. Work. Take care of your house. Play with your dogs, cats, iguana, or kids.

Just decrease your TV time (and your screen time, in general).

You'll be happier, more productive, and woefully more interesting.
